About me

Hello there!

My name is Dragos Alexandru and I am a Web and User Interface Designer with over seven years experience, based in Bucharest, Romania.
I’m passionate about building simple, clean Websites and User Interfaces that are easy to use and beautiful to look at.
I studied psychology at University and I learned designing by myself for I am generally a self-taught person. Graphic design came from painting, drawing and my passion for computer graphics.

Currently I work for Avangate (an integrated eCommerce platform that provides solutions for online software sales).
My main task here is to design shopping cart check out pages that integrate to our client’s websites and to create user friendly designs that help users to fulfill a payment process.

I have worked for companies such as DemeliaComputing from Cyprus), IBS Web(Romania), Sephira (from Romania), printing and web design.

I also did some freelance projects for Adrian Iurco (romanian painter), Passe-Partout (Dan Puric, theatre company from Romania), AITA (romanian NGO) etc

This was suppose to be a desktop wallpaper. The ideea came in a moment that I realised I spend to many hours loking at my monitors waiting for an ideea.
